Carol Holden


Director of Finance & Administration – FIOR.

Carol is a qualified Scottish Law Accountant who has a significant and broad experience of organisational administration and financial management across the legal, private health and public sectors.  She worked for eight years with the Scottish Business Resilience Centre (formerly known as The Scottish Business Crime Centre) and has a proven track record in the delivery of successful national events and conferences.

Carol is responsible for all matters connected with the management of human resource, finance, events and training delivered by FIOR.

Carol will be responsible for the administration and candidate matriculation in connection with FIOR Diploma of Integrated Emergency Management.
